Using the HVAC
The air conditioning and heating systems at Just Fab are all new (installed in 2022). Each floor is equipped with an Ecobee touch screen thermostat that will allow you to select the system mode (Heating, Cooling, or Auto) and the temperature.

- Current system mode – Touch to change the current mode (Heat, Cool, Auto)
- Touch to change desired temperature. If the System Mode is set to Auto, both temperatures are displayed; otherwise only the heat or cool temperature is displayed – Choose appropriate temperature. If in Auto mode, you will set both the heat and cool thresholds.
- Current indoor temperature
- Weather forecast – Touch to see current outdoor weather conditions.
- Main menu – Do not touch. The system has a security code to prevent changes other than changing the system mode and temperature.
NOTE:
The thermostat will not allow air conditioning (cool) to be set below 68 degrees (Fahrenheit) or heat above 74 degrees (Fahrenheit). Also, be aware that the air conditioning won’t come on if the temperature is below 55 degrees (Fahrenheit) outside. Please do not leave sliding doors or windows open if running the air conditioning.
