The Basics
“Just Fab” is located at 2349 South Virginia Dare Trail, Nags Head, NC. It is in the Town of Nags Head. Other than the emergency elevator telephone, there is not a landline phone at Just Fab. For additional information that may not be contained within this guide please consult your welcome email from Seaside Vacations.
WiFi Network
Just Fab is equipped with complimentary WiFi throughout the home. After you connect, you will be taken to the Silicon Travel landing page which will provide you with many helpful links, including maintenance and housekeeping services, things to do, and more.

Keyless Entry
Your access code will be sent via email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. This code activates at your specified check-in time on check-in day and is to be used throughout your stay. The code deactivates on your check-out day at the time of your scheduled departure as outlined in your welcome email.
- Note that the ground floor main door has a deadbolt style KABA lock. After you enter your code, the deadbolt will automatically release. When leaving the house, press any button on the keypad to lock the deadbolt.
- We recommend you secure the home when home, when leaving & before retiring in the evenings.
- If you type in your door code inaccurately 3 times in a row the keypad will blink red and lock you out.
- Please wait a full 60 seconds for the system to reset. You will then be able to enter your access code.
Settling In
A thorough and complete inspection and inventory has been carried out prior to your arrival. Please contact Seaside Vacations should you feel there is anything in particular that has not been attended to within 24 hours of check-in. Your support in notifying Seaside of things that may not be properly functioning due to normal wear-and-tear is also greatly appreciated so that we may keep things in working order.
Please note that reconfiguration of furnishings or equipment in or around the home is prohibited. Should you have a need to move furnishings or have any issues with any equipment, contact Seaside Vacations for assistance.

As you would with your own home, kindly take extra care when coming in from the beach or pool:
- When coming in from the beach, please thoroughly rinse shoes and swimsuits to remove sand (as this can clog up the septic system due to getting in shower/bath drain pipes). An outdoor shower (with hot water) as well as a hose just outside of the shower make it easy to thoroughly rinse before coming indoors. This will also make your own stay more comfortable by tracking less sand into the home!
- Please be mindful to not sit or lie on the furniture or bed mattresses if wearing a wet bathing suit and/or sunscreen. This keeps everything nice for you and also for future guests.

Trash / Garbage Collection
Kindly roll the main trash bins out to the side of road Sunday and Wednesday evenings. The Town of Nags Head collects trash 2x per week from the main road in front of the house on Monday and Thursday mornings. The Town asks that guests roll their bins back after the trash service is complete. Thank you for helping us keep JustFab bug-free and varmint-free.
Elevator
Just Fab is equipped with a fully functional home elevator, which is Weston-law compliant and inspected 2x per year. The elevator is equipped with an emergency phone line that is also regularly checked for service. Please be sure to close the inner and outer doors after entering and before leaving the elevator, or it may not function. Children must be supervised at all times when using the elevator.
The elevator is not a high-speed elevator and intended as a convenience specifically for guests who may have mobility or accessibility challenge. Please take care not to crowd or overweigh the elevator.

Parking
We are fortunate that this home offers ample parking on its property. There is no street parking on the Outer Banks, so be sure to always park in the driveway, and not on the grass or on the side of the road. Do NOT pull your car into the covered area of the front entrance as this can damage the concrete.
Please observe all posted subdivision parking rules. Many restrictions exist for trailers and golf carts, so please check with the Seaside office for specifics prior to arrival if you have these.

Local Amenities
Just Fab has all of the practical amenities including multiple grocery stores, pharmacies, and coffee shops within 4 miles. A Food Lion, coffee shop and ice cream shop are within easy walking distance from the house. A Walgreens and CVS are within a mile or so, on the main highway, and several other grocery stores are a short drive away including Publix, Food Lion and Fresh Market. You can also get surfing lessons from our favorite surf shop which is right across the street!
